First time trying this place and it was a pleasant experience. The place was spacious inside the four seasons hotel and nice ambiance for a fancy date night. It is pretty $$$ but it's kind of expected from a steak place. The service was great and they came with good recommendations. The truffle Mac was really good and if you like lobster they gave us a pretty good amount of lobster on top especially for being a side dish. My husband loved the mushrooms. It was a good variety of different types. Not just the typical button mushrooms. Oh! The shrimp cocktail and heirloom tomatoes salad with green goddess sauce was another try! The steaks were good, kinda silly they charge extra for the sauces, in my opinion, for how much their steaks are. Oh, the amount should be more too. We ran out 2/3 through my steak... and we got three kinds. Overall, good. I would come back.

So, a couple of things. If you go here, be prepared to drop $200 to $300 for a basic dinner for two or three people. It's cheaper than Ruth's Chris and it is much, much better than Ruth's Chris. It's inside the four seasons hotel, and it is very posh. The weight staff is very attentive, probably the most attentive of any place I've ever been. The ambience is great. It's a great place for a romantic dinner, dinner on the town, dinner before show, date night. But be prepared to drop some serious cash. The food is absolutely delicious. There just isn't much of it. You will not be full leaving this restaurant. The bill for three of us was over $200 and we did not buy any alcohol. And the additional funny thing is that I also had my car valeted at the hotel and on my way to the table the waitress asked if I wanted my valet ticket validated and of course I said yes, thinking that parking would be free. Oh no, the validation just brings the cost of the parking down to $20. So, I still had to pay $20. So, a tip for the hotel and the restaurant, just charge $20 for parking. Don't say you're going to validate it and then still charge people. Validation means that you don't pay for parking. It doesn't mean you just get a discount in parking. That's not how it works. No place ever does that. So, don't validate unless you're going to actually validate and get free parking. Especially if somebody's dropping over 200 bucks for dinner, you can afford to let them park for a few hours for free.

Found this classy, upscale restaurant to celebrate my birthday and it was amazing, to say the least. The service was good, a few different staff members continuously checked in on us, all no with our gentleman server. The food was chefs kiss. One of the most unique dishes I've had, the flavors and the textures - to die for. This is an amazing restaurant for two, as it can get pricey. We were a party of 4 and the bill was around what we expected with those prices. We will absolutely be returning!!

Friendly service but a little under staffed ingredients are great and fresh. Love the detail that they froze juice to cube and put into the drink. The way they plate the food makes me very cheered. My friend said the mushroom item is delicious. Soy milk latte is over heated but still tasty. Overall, love the place. Good food and quite enough to have conversation.

Came here for my anniversary, food was good but nothing extraordinary, I appreciated the larger portion sizes and ambiance was nice. Service was a little slow but it was nearing the end of the night and we had to flag down a different server to get the bill. The hostess out front was lovely.

First time visitor to this lovely restaurant. The ambiance of this restaurant was very pleasant and relaxing. Perfect spot for an elegant night out. My favorite menu item that I ordered was the torched salmon! The salmon had so much flavor and the torch but the icing on the cake. We also had Brussel sprouts, Parmesan asparagus, & grilled octopus that were really good I'd recommend those items. The lobster Mac and cheese had to be my less favorite dish on the menu. The cheese sauce was bland to me. Our waitress did an amazing job at recommending items on the menu like the torched salmon & he also recommended things to do in Colorado since my party of 6 was visiting from out of town.

Here's an idea for a Winter Date night in Denver... First Stop: The Four Seasons' EDGE Restaurant (this is where you will valet your car for the evening). Make sure to get your valet ticket validated at the restaurant & parking will only be $15. Once valeted, we headed inside the hotel to EDGE. We were seated at a velvet booth in EDGE's main dining room. The restaurant's aesthetic was upscale & modern with clean lines & clear spaces. Our server, Austin was outstanding & ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was exceptional. We started out our meal with some bubbles & seasonal cocktails. Here are my favorite things to order at EDGE. Start with the Torched Salmon Nigiri made with Tamari Glaze & EDGE "Steak" Spice. The torched surface of the salmon catalyzed the deep, rich umami flavor of the tamari glaze all the while maintaining the clean flavor of the fish. The salmon was so tender, buttery, & melted in our mouths. The Maryland Crab Soup was made with Fennel, Brûléed Orange & Bay Crab. The soup was decadent & thick on the tongue with lumps of sweet bay crab throughout. The Babe Farms Beet Rose was made with Pear Butter, Pretzel, Marcona Almond Crumble, Dill, Raspberry Dust & Buttermilk Horseradish Dressing (this beet dish always blows us away). Visually stunning and delicious! The creamy dressing & butter completely tempered the earthiness of the beet which resulted in a cool sweetness that we couldn't get enough of. The smooth texture of the beet against the crunch of the pretzel & nut crumbles was divine. The 14 oz Bison Ribeye had a sweet undertone and was incredibly tender. The Point Reyes Bleu Cheese topping took the ribeye to the next level taste wise. My 6oz Filet was phenomenal - just look at the gorgeous coloring of the meat. It was cooked perfectly. Austin recommended the Brussel Sprouts as a side & they were great. Always get one of EDGE'S smash desserts for dessert (they taste just as good as they look). EDGE's pastry chefs are amazing & are constantly updating the dessert menu. I smashed the white chocolate pumpkin with a spoon to unveil fluffy mousse & cranberry filling. A sweet ending to an unforgettable dining experience at EDGE. Following dinner, we headed over to Ellie Caulkins Opera House for a show (it was only a 3-minute walk) - we saw the Nutcracker and it was fabulous. After the show, we walked back to the Four Seasons to get our car from the valet. That's a wrap on date night!

It's the little things and attention to detail that I appreciated about this restaurant. The iced tea ice cubes were basically frozen tea cubes so your iced tea would not be watered down by ice! The bread had a salami butter with garlic confit. Baked fresh and yummy, I'd go back just for the bread! Pork chop and filet were excellent. Brussels sprouts and truffle mac and cheese was wonderful. Great dessert and impeccable service by the staff. Would love to come back again!

We went to Edge for lunch. This is a beautiful restaurant located inside the Four seasons hotel. They were very accommodating with my requests for my salad, the waiter understood and followed very carefully all the modifications for my salad. Im not a burrito eater but my friend's vegetarian burrito looked delicious.
